02 — Profile

Connecting strategy with the work that ships it

I lead enterprise platform portfolios, agile delivery, service improvement and complex transformation, translating executive strategy into governance, planning rhythms and capability that help organisations decide faster and deliver reliably.

I currently manage an 80+ platform portfolio serving 100,000+ users, where I have delivered $675K–$1M in annual savings through platform consolidation and vendor renegotiation, and led the rollout of an internal AI capability that connects systems, surfaces knowledge and improves how teams work.

Alongside my corporate role, founded Lumina Loop to advise organisations on transformation, AI adoption, delivery uplift and operating-model design, and I serve as a Non-Executive Director and Co-Founder of XLENT Events Entertainment, providing board-level governance and strategic oversight.

How I work is simple: I build high-performing teams by creating clarity, strong systems and an environment where people care about the outcome. I focus on delivery, accountability and continuous improvement, and I coach leaders to do the same.

  • Portfolio & delivery leadership at enterprise scale
  • Operating-model & governance design
  • Board-level governance and strategic oversight
  • Vendor consolidation & cost reduction
  • Responsible AI adoption
  • Building high-performing, accountable teams

03 — How I lead

Building high-performing teams that deliver outcomes

I'm passionate about coaching people and building high-performing teams. I'm fascinated by human behaviour and the psychosocial dynamics that influence trust, collaboration, and performance. As AI becomes part of everyday work, I'm equally passionate about keeping humans in the loop: designing ways of working where people and intelligent bots complement each other to achieve better outcomes.

Clarity first

I make sure everyone understands the goal, their role and what good looks like. Clarity removes friction and lets teams move fast.

Strong systems

I design operating rhythms, governance and ways of working that make delivery reliable, repeatable and scalable.

People who care

I coach leaders, build accountability and create environments where people take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.

04 — AI + Human coaching framework

Working with AI and humans, by design

AI is not always fully autonomous. Depending on the task, it may need humans in-the-loop, on-the-loop, or out-of-the-loop to make the right decisions. I coach teams to choose the right model, keep people at the centre, and scale what works.

Problem: AI often needs human input at different points in a process

The right level of human involvement changes with risk, complexity and context. My framework helps teams decide where humans stay in control, where they supervise, and where AI can run autonomously.

Why it matters

  • Improves accuracy and trust
  • Ensures accountability
  • Optimises speed and cost
  • Enables the right level of human involvement

The 3 Human-AI Interaction Models

H+AI

Human-in-the-Loop

AI proposes, human decides.

Best for: High-risk, complex, or regulated decisions.
H⊕AI

Human-on-the-Loop

AI acts, human monitors and intervenes if needed.

Best for: Dynamic environments where oversight is important.
AI

Human-out-of-the-Loop

AI acts autonomously.

Best for: Low-risk, repetitive, or well-understood tasks.

Examples

In-the-Loop
Loan approvals, medical diagnosis, legal reviews
On-the-Loop
Fraud detection, content moderation, system alerts
Out-of-the-Loop
Spam filtering, data tagging, auto-scaling

How I coach teams to solve it

1
Understand
Map the workflow and identify decision points and risks.
2
Determine
Choose in-the-loop, on-the-loop, or out-of-the-loop for each step.
3
Design & Build
Develop AI capabilities and human interfaces for collaboration.
4
Monitor
Track performance, gather feedback, and refine continuously.
5
Scale
Scale what works with governance, training and change management.

Outcomes

Teams that adopt this approach move faster with confidence, while keeping people at the centre of decisions that matter.

Better decisions
Faster outcomes
Lower risk
Higher trust
